This Information Notice has been prepared by Tekin Dar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Habby Accessories”) within the scope of the data controller’s obligation to inform, in order to comply with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the relevant regulations.
What Personal Data Do We Process?
Identity information: Your first name, surname, Turkish identity number, passport number or temporary Turkish identity number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, social security number and other identity-related data.
Contact information: Your address, telephone number, email address and other contact details.
Call center records and electronic communication records: Telephone calls, emails, letters and similar communications.
Financial information: Bank account number, IBAN, credit card information and billing details.
We may also process health data, security records such as CCTV footage and vehicle registration plate information, job application data and employee data.
