What is ours, what is sourced
Yes. Habby Fashion produces braided and woven elastic belts for your brand (private label) and supplies wholesale. The elastic body is made at our own facility: round elastic from yarn and latex, then braided on tress machines or woven on weaving machines. Buckles and leather labels come from our reliable sourcing network. Production is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified; standard products start from 100 pieces.
Braided and woven elastic belts, plus the elastic itself
Two kinds of belt elastic, both brand-specific in color, pattern and size;
and the finished goods built on them.
Braided belt (tress)
Elastic body braided on the tress machine: the classic, flexible braid
look. Finished belts at standard lengths of 100, 110, 120 and 130 cm.
Woven belt
Elastic produced on the weaving machine: flat and densely structured. A
Turkish belt maker replaced imported EU elastic with ours and grew from
roughly 2,000 to 5,000 meters a month.
Color and pattern
Solid, melange or patterned; for men and women. 35 mm
industry-standard width, 11 stock colors, custom colors from 500 meters.
Belt elastic by the meter
The component alone, braided or woven, in meterage or cut lengths for
belt makers and apparel producers. Polyester outer braid, UV and
abrasion resistant, over a rubber core with full recovery; anti-allergic
and machine washable.
Finished belts and corporate editions
Assembled in our own sewing workshop with logo printing on the strap;
gift sets and corporate editions included. One program went from logo
keychains to finished belts in one workshop.
Suspender elastics and the growing range
Woven elastic for suspender and apparel applications, plus wristbands
and women’s belts on the same production base; tell us your program and
we scope it.
From yarn to the finished belt
We do not buy belt elastic ready-made; we produce it from the yarn. The first
three steps are shared for braided and woven belts; the fourth step separates
according to machine type.

Round elastic is produced first on the tress machine.

Round elastics are wound onto large reels.

The round elastic on the reel becomes braided belt elastic on the tress
machine.

The same round elastic becomes woven belt elastic on the weaving machine.

Belt elastic is prepared at standard lengths
(100 · 110 · 120 · 130 cm) in our sewing workshop, then joined with the
buckle and leather label to create the finished product.
We produce the elastic body from the yarn ourselves
Braid / elastic body
The belt’s weave, flexibility and pattern, end to end at our own
facility. Elasticity, tightness, width, color and pattern are fully under
our control; a recycled yarn option is available.
Buckle and leather label
We do not produce belt buckles and leather labels; they come from a
sourcing network we select and quality-check, then meet the elastic in
our own workshop. We are open about what we make and what we source.

What sizes do you produce?

and 130 cm. Other lengths can also be planned as part of the production

Do you make the belt buckle yourselves?
