Habby Accessories is a Turkish manufacturer of narrow woven products: pet accessories (collars, leashes, harnesses), fitness resistance bands and belt elastics. We weave our own webbing, print custom designs with anti-carcinogenic digital technology and produce our plastic buckles from proprietary molds we own, supplying wholesale buyers, private label brands and OEM partners in 40+ countries.

We do not stop at describing our quality. OEKO-TEX Standard 100
certification since 2014, renewed annually, verifiable at the source.
Recycled production option
For programs that ask for it, we weave webbing from recycled polyester
yarn. We treat this as a concrete production capability rather than a
slogan.

What you need to know
Who is Habby?
Habby is the own brand of a facility that has produced narrow woven
and elastic goods since 1996. After years of manufacturing for others,
it was founded to present that value under its own name. Collars, belts
and fitness accessories are produced on its own infrastructure; all
products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
Does Habby really manufacture its own products?
Yes. The webbing is woven on our own looms, patterns are printed
in-house and plastic buckles are produced from molds we own. Molding is
carried out by a specialist injection partner; we say so. Metal
hardware is the one component we source, nickel-free plated and
disclosed as such.
Can I get production for my own brand (private label)?
Yes. Private label and OEM programs run across the pet, sport and
fashion lines: your patterns printed in-house, your labels, your
packaging. Patterns developed for your brand stay exclusively yours;
a design-exclusivity agreement is available on request.
Are the products certified?
Materials are certified under OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate
No. 2019OK0492, held by Tekin Dar Tekstil Ltd., the manufacturing
company behind Habby Accessories. The number is verifiable at
oeko-tex.com.
Can we visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome; see the looms, the print line and the
molds before you commit. Arrange a visit through our export team and we
build the agenda around your program.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
Within 24 hours on business days (GMT+3), by a dedicated export
specialist, a person with a name. Quotes come with a sampling plan;
samples are free and shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
