Webbing weaving, buckles from our own plastic molds and assembly in our own sewing workshop sit under one roof, so production is ours from the yarn to the brand label. Production is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified; standard products start from 100 pieces.

Four series with the herringbone Heavy Duty as flagship: double security
lock buckles in 100% POM (Delrin) from our own molds, sizes M/L/XL based
on real measurements.

Adjustable belt and leash, built for running and multitasking walkers.
Cat Collars
Basic and Patterned lines in 10 mm. Every collar closes with a
safety-release buckle as standard, molded from our own tooling.

We make the collar ourselves, down to the buckle
Most suppliers buy ready parts and assemble. We weave the webbing, mold the buckle in our own plastic tooling and sew the product in our own workshop. That is why we can stand behind the quality and the delivery date ourselves.

Most pet brands buy ready webbing and ready buckles, then have them stitched somewhere. Our difference is completing all three core stages under one roof, so the product never leaves our hands as an intermediate good.
We weave the webbing ourselves

The whole chain is in-house
Our webbing capability rests on a production infrastructure that has made industrial narrow elastics and cords since 1996. We supply components from that base and manufacture finished pet products under the Habby brand with our own molds and sewing workshop: end to end, from the yarn to the brand label. Metal hardware, including carabiners and D-rings, is the one component we source.
It is nickel-free plated and disclosed as such.

Yes. Habby Pet manufactures dog collars, leashes and harnesses for your
brand through our private label and wholesale programs. Webbing weaving,
buckles produced using our own plastic molds, and assembly in our own

What are your MOQs for wholesale pet accessories?
Habby-branded stock programs start from 100 pieces, with the applicable
minimum published on each category page. Private label MOQs are quoted
per project, and exact volumes are confirmed with your quotation.
Can you produce our own patterns and branding?
Yes. Patterns are printed in-house on recycled polyester webbing using
anti-cracking digital printing technology for scalable, fade-resistant
results. Buckles are produced using proprietary molds that we own, while
your branded labels and packaging complete the program.
Patterns developed for your brand remain exclusively yours.
Which webbing materials do you use for pet products?
The yarn is matched to each product tier: woven polyester for collars,
100% polypropylene for entry-level leashes, industrial-grade polyester
for heavy-duty lines, and 100% recycled polyester (rPET) for digitally
printed series.
Metal hardware is made from nickel-free plated Zamak and sourced
transparently. Exact material specifications are provided on each
category page.
Can we buy components only, such as buckles or webbing?
Yes. Some brands manage sewing through their own production lines, so
we also supply printed or plain webbing, buckles produced using molds
that we own, and nickel-free metal hardware as production inputs.

Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Samples are available on request. Submit an RFQ with the relevant
product series and quantities, and a dedicated export specialist will
respond within 24 hours on business days with a quotation and sampling
plan.
Samples are free of charge; shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
