CASE STUDY

The Brand That Sews Its Own

Not every brand wants a finished product. Some have their own sewing
lines, their own quality culture and their own label; what they need is
a component partner they can trust.

The starting point

We have exhibited at Interzoo, the world’s leading pet trade fair,
in 2022 and 2024. That is where this conversation started: a pet
brand that sews its own products was looking for a webbing and
hardware source it would not have to police.

The model

The division of work is clean.

Habby supplies

  • Webbing woven in-house, on our own looms
  • Sustainably sourced yarn
  • Buckles from Habby-owned molds, molded by a trusted partner
    to our specification

The brand does the rest

  • Their sewing, on their own lines
  • Their assembly and quality culture
  • Their label on the finished product

Why it works

Component supply lives or dies on consistency. A brand sewing its
own products feels every variation in webbing width, thickness and
elasticity on its own production line. Because we weave rather than
trade, the specification is controlled at the loom, not inspected
after the fact.

If you sew your own, we are happy to be invisible in your product.
