CASE STUDY

From Yarn to Corporate Belt

Most factories would decline this order, and for understandable
reasons: custom colors, mixed lengths, modest volume. We took it,
because the entire chain from yarn to finished belt sits under our roof.

The starting point

A corporate customer wanted branded promotional belts. Not a
container of one size in one color, but a program: specific corporate
colors, a mix of lengths and a volume that would never justify a big
factory’s minimum runs.

Why this order is hard

Split across a supply chain

  • A webbing trader adds its minimum
  • A separate dye house adds its own
  • A third-party sewing shop adds a third
  • The corporate color drifts at every handover

Under one roof

  • Custom colors set at the yarn and loom stage
  • Mixed lengths cut and finished in our own atelier
  • One coherent delivery, one contact

What we did

Because we weave the elastic ourselves, the custom colors were
negotiated with no one; they were set on our looms. The program
shipped as one delivery, from yarn to packaged belt.

Vertical production is what makes modest-volume, high-specification
work economical.

What this says about working with us

We take programs like this when the brief is clear and the timeline
is realistic. If your project has been declined elsewhere, it may
simply need a manufacturer whose chain is short enough to say yes.

A program other factories declined?

Tell us the brief; if the specification is clear and the timeline
realistic, we answer with a plan.
